How long does delivery take?

All orders are delivered within 3–7 business days to UK addresses. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

Do you ship outside the UK?

Currently we ship within the United Kingdom only. We are working on expanding to more countries soon — sign up to our email list to be notified first.

What is your returns policy?

We offer a 30-day hassle-free returns policy. If you are not 100% happy with your order for any reason, contact us at support@veluro.co.uk and we will sort it out — no questions asked.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking link. You can use this to follow your parcel in real time.

My item arrived damaged — what do I do?

We’re sorry to hear that. Please email support@veluro.co.uk with your order number and a clear photo of the damaged item. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund within 24 hours — no questions asked.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can be changed or cancelled within 12 hours of placing them. After that, the order will already be in fulfilment. Please contact us immediately at support@veluro.co.uk if you need to make a change.

Are your products safe to use?

Yes. All products are sourced from vetted suppliers and meet UK safety standards. Electrical items carry the required UKCA or CE certification.
