Refund policy

Our Returns Promise
We want you to love everything you buy from Veluro. If for any reason you are
not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy from the
date you received your item.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
In its original condition (unused, undamaged, and in original packaging where
possible)
Certain items may not be eligible for return for hygiene reasons (e.g. opened
personal care products). This will be noted on the individual product page.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at support@veluro.co.uk with:
Your order number
The reason for your return
A photo of the item if it is damaged or faulty
We will respond within 24 hours with instructions. You do not need to return the
item before we process your refund in cases of damage or fault.
Refunds
Once your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original
payment method within 5–10 business days. You will receive a confirmation
email when the refund has been issued.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us
immediately at support@veluro.co.uk with your order number and a photo. We
will send a replacement or issue a full refund within 24 hours — no return
required.
