Delivery Areas
We currently ship to all addresses within the United Kingdom, including
England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.
Delivery Timeframes
All orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of being placed. Estimated
delivery times are as follows:
Standard UK Delivery: 3–7 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by postal delays or highdemand periods.
Delivery Cost
We offer free standard delivery on all orders to UK addresses. There is no
minimum order value required.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation
containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your parcel
in real time through the relevant courier's website.
If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your
order, please contact us at support@veluro.co.uk.
Missing or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, please
contact us at support@veluro.co.uk with your order number and we will
investigate immediately. We will either resend the item or issue a full refund.
